Best Buy Return Policy?

I just read on my receipt that the return policy for iPads is 14 days along with a 15% restocking fee but the guy that sold it to me said it was 30 days with no restocking fee. I just called the store as well and she said the same thing.

Is this indeed true? I don't want to take mine back and have to deal with arguing with them etc.
 
They must have not gotten the new receipt paper. The new policy as of a month ago or so is indeed 30 days. 45 if you're a silver member.
 
Indeed 30 days with no restocking, 45 if you're a silver level rewards member.

Never had a return hassle at BB
 
Best Buy got rid of the restocking fee altogether last year around this time, so you don't have to worry about that. :p They should have their return policy somewhere online, so if you did ever run into any trouble, you can refer to it
 
Hmm... haven't been to BB lately, but last was 14 days for electronics and Apple devices with a 15% restocking fee but RZ Premier Silver had a 45 day with no restocking fee. I had the premier silver, so I never paid attention. But, looking at their website, looks like they changed their return policy and made a blanket return policy of 30 days for all items with no restocking fee and 45 days with no restocking fee still for RZ Premier Silver.

BB got rid of restocking fees a couple of years ago.
 
Yeah I checked the website before posting by my receipt says different so I figured i'd ask to see if anyone on here had any problems etc.
