Finally Today I received an email update for one of the two orders, telling me to go to the store and pick it up.
Well it was for the second order, the White 64GB.
After they acknowledge that I was there, they made me wait for more than one hour and a half in the store.
Very limited models of iPhone cases, all hard shell type, and some Otterbox models also with hard shell.
After the long wait I have to wait more for them to process the contract renewal and set the phone number in the iPhone 5.
To avoid the same frustration I had waiting, call them before going to the store and ask for an appointment, to see if they take care of your order quicker than mine.
Anyway, the first order is still in unknown status, today was the first shipment they got since launch day.
WORST BUY...doesn't listen to their customers.
