So I've had a first gen ipad mini for over a year. It's okay for what it does (play Candy Crush, read books, surf the web) but lately it's been crashing a lot, ever since I updated to iOS8. I checked out Best Buy and it says I can trade in the mini1 for $130. I would use that gift certificate to get the mini 2. Is this a good trade in deal or are there better ones?

I sold me first gen Mini 32GB WiFi for $200 on CL a week ago. It involves more work than just walking into BB, but if the extra money is worth it to you I would go that route.

I would say that's a really good deal because this week BB has the Mini 2 on sale with $50 off and will probably price match the $60 off Staples is offering for the Mini 2. So you are now at $180-190 trade in price.

Well s___t. Looks like Best Buy just depreciated the trade-in value to $67 this week
