I saw that Best Buy is offering trade ins. I also have Best Buy gift cards and a mystery rewards amount too. I have an iPad 2 according to them it's worth $180. Do you think it's worth it to trade it in? Has anyone traded their iPad in at Best Buy? If so how was the experience did you get the price they advertised?

If you're open to getting store credit elsewhere, try gamestop. They were offering 30% more if you got something preowned. You can just get a really cheap game to get the 30% extra, then turn around and get Amazon Kindle Gift cards (works for Amazon.com credit also). I think they also had iTunes and Google Play gc's. I went this route when trading in my 32gb iPad Mini and wound up with ~$320 in Amazon gc's, which I applied to an i5 Mac Mini.

Well the only reason I am doing BB is because I have gift cards for them that I need to spend.

BB offered me $175 for my mini. I lol'd and sold it for $260 on amazon.

Yeah that's quite an insult. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for the trade in and gift cards. I am never selling any electronics to another human being again lol. Bad things of happened....
