There are nearly two dozen 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models discounted by up to $200 in Best Buy's new sale, including 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB models in all colorways. The iPad mini 4 has only three models on sale, all covering the 128GB tier with savings of $125 on the small-screened iPad. Each iPad offer comes with a free six-month subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security for three devices.

Those looking for a 13-inch MacBook Air can choose from two models on sale, including the 128GB and 256GB flash storage tiers with savings of $300 and $350, respectively. Both MacBook Air models include a fifth-generation Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of memory, as well as a free six-month subscription to Trend Micro Internet Security for three devices.

Best Buy is also running a separate Apple Sale Event that includes offers like up to $200 off an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus with the purchase and activation of a monthly installment plan, $70 off the Apple Watch Series 2, and up to $400 off various iMac models. There's also a markdown on the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, with savings of up to $350 depending on the specs and each user's qualifications for a student discount.

For Beats products, shoppers can get the Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones for $134.99 ($65 savings), Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones for $219.99 ($80 savings), and BeatsX Earphones for $99.99 ($50 savings). iTunes gift cards have been marked down as well, including 10 percent off $100, $50, $30, and $25 cards.

Tempted to get that 256GB MacBook Air for the wife. Was planning on getting her the Rose Gold Macbook but $849 is hard to beat.

how is that not a deal? $399 for ipad pro 9.7 is a great deal compared to 2017 regular iPad which is $329

70 dollars more for a laminated screen, pencil support, faster processor , more speakers, etc....

I'm talking about the 12.9".

Don't think that is current version either. On BestBuy site it tells you if current models and it doesn't for those Not saying don't buy but be aware

I've been wanting to give the BeatsX a try and this looks like the perfect opportunity with the $50 savings and some reward certificates I have.

None of the sale items are current gen. Best Buy puts (Latest Model) on the current gen products.
I think most of the general populace neither cares about nor needs the latest gen products. For general computing, last year's models at a significant discount represents a pretty darn good value. Heck I have a 2011 MBA that still operates great for standard computer activities. To be honest, it could still suffice for 75-80% of my work activities. We like the latest and greatest. It's my opinion that very few need the latest and greatest.

They are frequently on sale at this price; I don't know why they don't just permanently sell them at $99.

I previously picked them up for $99 at Best Buy, because of all of the positive reviews about them, and I had been wanting to try some bluetooth earbuds. I ended up returning them, because I couldn't stand how they sounded. I don't know if I had a defective pair, but they definitely didn't sound as good as the reviews claim. The sound was very hollow and tinny.

That's a bummer with regards to the sound. I returned a set of PowerBeats 3 for the same sound reasons.

To go even further, I think any of the 2013 Macs (iMac, Air and Pro) are completely passable as primary computers. They all have USB 3.0, Haswell (for great battery life), Iris Pro or Intel 5000 graphics, and support all the latest features given by Bluetooth LE.

In fact, I have an 11" MacBook Air, 15" rMBP, and a 21.5" iMac, all with SSDs, all from 2013. And they are so good and fit my needs so well I don't know if I'll ever need another Mac. With the exception of being able to charge from a USB battery pack, I don't see any benefit to getting a new MacBook or MacBook Pro. And I don't need a retina screen on my iMac, since it functions more like a server for Plex.

Should I mention I got the iMac and MacBook Air used for half of their original price? I've saved so much money that I really don't mind paying full price for an iPhone 8 in September!

I have a 2012 Mac Mini and a MBP from the same year, they are perfectly fine for what I do, there's just one minor flaw, the Intel 4000 Graphics inside.
I don't play games, or rarely, scrolling is jerky sometimes.

I added the BeatsX to my cart and they showed a price of $119.99, not $99.99.

I would love to have a 10.5 iPad Pro but can't justify it for my usage. I was going to get a 128GB 2017 iPad but didn't want a non-laminated screen like the Air 1 that I've had for three years. So for $70 more that the 2017, I ordered the 128GB 9.7 Pro for $499.99. Seems like a pretty good deal to me, especially when I paid $599.99 for an Apple-refurbished 64GB Air in March 2014.

Really tempted by the 9.7" Pro. But can't find a good reason since I have an Air II. Sigh. Guess I will save my money..

You're making a good decision. I would do the same if my Air were an Air 2.

I think we're getting close to where, depending upon usage, one can keep an iPad for several years and be satisfied with its performance as many of us do with our notebook computers. My 2012 rMBP still does all I need and I can't justify upgrading it.

I agree. Another thing to consider is that if you are going to truely take advantage of the Pro features, you will probably need to drop another $100- $150 on accessories for the Pencil or ASK.

Same, I just ordered the beats X for 100, but for different reasons. I wanted wireless ear buds and the only other one in the <$250 price range (and good battery life) is the bose sound sport pulse and Beats x. (Was gonna purchase the power beats but it has horrible reviews with the quality of the product, and also if you sweat a lot the headphones can stop working even though sweat and water resistant ).

Whoops, totally missed the "for My Best Buy members only" part. My bad.
I didn't log in and I still got it for 50 off.

I have a pair of the latest Beats Solos and love them and the W1 chip. Excellent wireless range and sound quality is good to my ears. I was looking towards the Beats X as something a little easier to wear around the house or doing yard work outside instead of something over the ears.

Yesterday was for MyBestBuy members only and now it's open to everyone.
