So i now need a bag for my 13" mbp, and i've heard good things about both. Since they cost about the same, what would you recommend - and why?

Neoprene Sleeve Plus or Booq Vyper?

Maybe someone have experience from both of them?

I bought LaRobe Club for my 13'' MBP several days ago. And it's really nice. Good quality and protection due to the high-tech polymer material.

See more details on official website: http://www.be-ez.com/la-robe-club.html .

i had the neoprene sleeve by incase and it was pretty good, it was a very tight fit for my mbp15. it melted slightly after sitting on a radiator and i bought a vyper m3 to replace it. the vyper is the best case i have ever owned. it was worth every penny and i recommend it to anyone who uses a laptop

the vyper hands down. it may have thin foam but it doesn't need much because of the ballistic nylon exterior.

a little mentioned bonus of the vyper or other such styled cases, is that once you take out your mbp, if you zip the case up it works as a PERFECT lap cushion. aka put your mbp on top of it and you won't burn your legs ;)
