Best cheap alternative to GoPro for BIKE?

Hello. I need a good alternative for a GoPro... I would like 1080P video recording, and if the battery lasts long it'd be an added bonus.

I'm looking somewhere between $100 and $200, $220 would be my max. Any ideas?
