For about the same price as the Dell, you can get a networkable Xerox Phaser PostScript printer. They are built like anvils and as fast as anything. Unlike Dell, printers are not just a side line with Xerox.
Xerox if you are looking for the best quality.
Real Postscript, well engineered. Most of the Dells are rebadged Lexmarks, and I have been distinctly unimpressed with the Lexmark quality. (I have owned both Xerox and Lexmark)
Thanks for the input, guys. The reviews I have read seem to give the Dell an edge over the Phaser - text and image quality are better (so they say). Will do some further research. Thanks again.
