Best configuration for 13" rMBP

Looking to purchase a second computer for portability to work on my homework/projects and general web browsing. Apps I normally use are Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. Majority of my files are stored on my iMac, external HD, or cloud storage (so storage isn't a big deal for me.) Which configuration would be best? (Prices are based on education discount)

I think 128 is not enough as I have 180 SSD and that's almost filled up with music,pictures and movies and files. If your planning on keep this for at least 2 years go with more space because it will cost you more to upgrade later.
