Best Content Manager?

Is there any good mac application that allows me to manage my massive movie, tv show collection of my computer?

I know what your gonna say iTunes but all my files are in avi not mp4, and converting 2000 videos to mp4 is both time wasting and unnecessary.

If anyone has a good one then please post a link.
