Just purchased an iPhone 4 and love Cydia all over again.

Which is the best app for trick the iPhone to allow me to FaceTime on 3G at any time?

Well, if the rumor mills are true and the new iPhone is LTE/4G capable then you'll be able to FaceTime over 3G by default making FaceBreak obsolete. But, if you're simply wanting just to FaceTime over 3G then FaceBreak would be the best bet. I use 3G Unrestrictor since you can use it for FaceTime as well as other apps over 3G.

+1 for 3G unrestrictor. You can do more than enable Facetime over 3G with that app. Anything that is currently tied to WiFi only can be enabled to work over 3G - like downloading apps over 20 MB.

This actually makes me wonder if they'll re-name it to 4G Unrestrictor or just call it something different all together.

I think Data Unrestrictor would be fine. To the point.
