Other Best deal after the event?

I'm looking to buy a new iphone. Coming from broken iphone 8. I've been waiting for the event.
Whiche iphone is the best deal right now?
The SE vs the 11 feels like the SE is "old" tech (design and so on)and after 1.5 year vs the 11 which is newer tech for 100$ more

12 mini vs 13 mini also feels weird because the 128 gb vs 64.

So which one is the best bang for the buck right now?

The guts of the SE are the same as the 11 (A13) so it's pretty much mostly the looks that's old. Alas, the SE's battery is tiny so it's more suited for light users.

Between the 12 mini and 13 mini, I'd opt for the 13 for the extra storage. 64GB is not enough for my use. I'm currently at 92GB used out of 256GB.
