My 13" Macbook battery went from providing several hours of power a few weeks ago to zero now. It dies the moment of disconnection from the power cord. I tried a reset and it did not help. I bought the laptop new two years ago. Here is the battery info:

Your battery has 561 cycle count and that is quite high. I would start by replacing the macbook battery with one from greedbay (ebay) and you should be able to buy a nice low or zero cycle count battery for less than $40 shipped. You can also borrow a macbook battery and put it in your macbook to make sure the problem is only in the battery.
