currently on Verizon with a 6S and looking to jump ship due to congestion on verizon leading to crappy network performance

who has the best offers/plan costs? planning to give my 6S to my mom and use her 6 to trade in.

any experiences in NYC with hopping on Sprint's free 1yr plan offer?
