Best Dock for the Macbook 16" 2021 edition? Is it even needed?

Yes we can use the hdmi out port to hook up to a larger monitor but wouldnt want to keep taking back n forth the power cable from location to location - so at a main office is there even a great docking station for the latest model to charge+hdmi out into a lg 34" monitor or what do you recommend?

That’d be an easy purchase for me if it included 10Gbe Ethernet. Even more so if it was fanless.
