Background:
I had a pair of 1TB drives set up in a mirrored RAID setup that played host to my media library. Last week one of the drives failed and changed the status of the RAID setup to a degrading state. In an effort to protect as much as I could I backed up the files to another disk and removed the RAID. Because it was a Mirrored RAID I still have all the data on the good drive and still have that inside my Mac Pro. I removed the failed drive.

Question:
Now I am looking to replace the RAID set with slightly larger capacity. What would be the best drives for a 2TB Mirrored RAID set that will be used to host Media that would be streamed to an Apple tv and connected iTunes libraries?
Are a pair of WD Caviar Greens a good choice? Energy-efficiency is a Plus.

(also Not interested in Seagate drives, simply because both of the HDDs I've had that failed at all were both Seagate)
