I really like DropBox but unfortunately it is blocked in China, what is the best alternative in your opinion? I already have an Evernote subscription but it would be great to be able to save big files in the cloud and have a way to get them easily on my iPad and on my iPhone.

Looks like SugarSync was blocked 2 weeks ago :(
Is there any somewhat obscure yet reliable service that I could use? Hopefully smaller ones are still available.

If you are willing to go to a little trouble there is a tool called rsync that will work for you. Its a bit of a hassle to setup but it will certainly do the job. Also, I doubt it could be easily blocked.
