ive tried to do some research but cant get a 100% answer, im looking for a program that can make copies of at dvds, dvds that you would buy from a store. whats everyone heres opinion on the best software for that?

You have roxion popcorn or DVD remaster. I use DVD remaster pro and love it. I'd likely be just as happy with Popcorn.

ok cool, and so neither of these have any issues with copyright protection issues or anything like that right?
thanks for the help

Do these programs rip dvd's to an external nas?
I'd like to rip all my dvd's to a nas.

I have never found a Mac solution that matches the combination of AnyDVD and DVD Decrypter on a Win machine so I use Bootcamp to boot Win 7 up for the purpose of dvd ripping. I've tried Mac the Ripper, Mac DVD Ripper Pro, RipIt and DVD Remaster. None of them have suited all my needs.

I agree. I run a vm of win7 just for anydvd and clonedvd, along with ms messenger.
