I have a bunch of episode DVD's and want to rip and transfer to my iPad2. I use Handbrake to get them into the correct format but I'd like to know which of the rippers (Ripit, Mac DVD Ripper etc) will do episodes. I know I can do it through Handbrake but it is very time consuming.

Are you using the Queue feature in HandBrake?

Exactly. Just set them all up to do the episodes you want in the queue and then hit go and it will do them all at once.
