You can manually replace the font files but the best/easiest way is Bytafont!

I use Ubuntu titling. Ive used it forever now. I only try out fonts that are ranked 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10 on the usability ranking.

You download bytafont through cydia and you can search for the fonts within bytafont or if you know the name of the font through cydia and install them
