Best & Easy Software to Edit Video

I want to copy & Edit my old Videos from an Sony Cassette camera, I have EL GATO EYE TV Tuner so I will use it to make the copy to my Mac Pro, what is the Best and Easy Software to edit and Burn to DVD.

If somebody have a best idea to copy the videos please help

Did you check out apple's offering, they're generally excellent and pretty easy. There's iMovie, iDVD, and FCP express if you want more power
