Best Equaliser preset on iphone when playing music?

i find that when playing music through the external speaker, its best to use bass reducer, otherwise my music gets crazy distorted. which is a bit of a pain when i want to change it back when playing through my earphones

I wish they had EQ presets based on sound-output method. It should be easy to setup "profiles" for each output since the phone knows when you are using the headphone, dock or anything else.
