Hi guys, the built-in EQ in iOS is very limited. I'm looking for something more professional so that I can really tweak my sound and enjoy my music more. Can you guys recommend of some good apps that specifically do this.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try that out, but it hasn't been updated since Oct 2013.

Is that the best one?

You're welcome. I'm sure there are other apps out there. I just like Louder Logic because I've used some of McDSP's other products and liked them. The interface could use an update though.

Just buy better headphones. With my Apple Earbuds I have the volume at the max. Using a pair of Shure or Sennheiser headphones the volume is leveled around 50%. You can hear more of the recording eventhough it has been compressed (mp3).

Invest in a nice pair of headphones/earbuds.

I just specifically don't know about the best equalizer app, but i was using some apps thats really great for me
1.Denon Audio
2.EQ 10
3.EQ Player
There are some equalizer app that you have to try.

I also have the Denon Audio app bit works well bit I've noticed significant battery drain when the equalizer is active.

Check out LouderLogic by McDSP. It has an EQ and can make the softer parts of songs sound louder and clearer. They have a free version that you can try, too.

Wow, just tried this app out and it really sounds great! I was also wondering about the BBE SonicMax Pro app as well. I heard that also has some good reviews, but for now this LouderLogic is a great EQ and really enhances my music listening experience. :)

Thanks for the suggestion.
