Best EVDO network and card?

I'm considering getting a 3G express card for my MBP because ill be traveling a lot in the next year. Which network seems to be the best? I'm already a AT&T customer because of the iPhone but i heard that sprint has the best network. any suggestions? are their any benchmarks anywhere? although keeping my wireless bills consolidated with att would be more convenient, I'm more concerned about coverage and speed. thanks

It really depends on where you live. In the northeast, Verizons converage may not be quite as fast however it is significantly more abundant and to most that is an advantage over a minimal speed increase. However, to take advantage of that increase you need to actually have service.
