Hey Guys,

So I was originally thinking of selling my MBP, and getting a 24" iMac, and one of the new mini Dells (which I still might buy eventually).

But I think I'm going to keep the MBP, and just buy a Display.

I want to stay in the 20-24" Range.

What do you recommend?

Some say the color of the ACD's are top notch , so that would be good for graphics work.

Others say the Dell UltraSharps are good on response times....so good for gaming..

I use a Samsung 22" , and after I calibrated it suites me well for..well..both :D

You can get high-quality LCDs from most of the major manufacturers. However, if you're going to be doing graphics work, make sure you look for an LCD with either an S-PVA or S-IPS panel. The lower-end TN panels are not as accurate with colours. They are, however, preferable if you're a heavy gamer.

I personally use a Dell 24" S-PVA built on a Samsung panel. It's amazing.
