Best file size for iPhone5 wallpaper?

I have thousands of pics taken with my Nikon DSLR. Most are 15-20 megapixels. When I try to use them on my iPhone5 they are just way to big. And now with iOS7 beta 6 not allowing me to scale them, I cant use any of them for my phone wallpaper.

What would be the best size to crop them to so the fit my phone's screen?

Make sure you crop it to 640x1136.

Make sure you crop it to 640x1136.

That depends on if you have parallax turned on - if so, using 1040x1526 fixes the zoom in problem - OR , it's just something in the beta
