Best Find My iPhone alternative for 3GS?

Okay, so I have an iPhone 3GS still, which from what I understand means I can't get Apple's Find My iPhone service for free. What's they best alternative to this on Cydia to track my phone if it gets lost/stolen? (preferably something that doesn't drain the battery or slow things down)

Just do this. It's how I got it on my 3GS.

Just find a friend with an iphone 4 or ipad and set up the account real quick.
