Best FM Transmitter for Iphone 3G?

Any one know a good FM transmitter for the Iphone 3G that charges it like the regular Ipod, I use to have (for my ipod) the monster "iCarPlay" and liked how it worked.

I am also interested to know if anyone uses a car transmitter with the iPhone 3G. It'd be sweet to get AOL Radio and Pandora in the car.
