Best Folder Comparison Software

Hi Community,

I'm looking for a good software (free or cheap) that will allow me compare the contents of two folders.

I copied my iTunes folder (70+GB in total) on to a new hard drive in order to migrate my data to a 750GB HDD from 320GB (now in external enclosure).

I want to compare the new copy to the old one to make sure that all files were copied over and that there are no corrupt or missing files.

What's the best tool for this in your experience?
