best free RTS game

I have way too many FPS games on my macbook. I was wondering if there are any good free RTS games out there or any other good free games that aren't the fps genre. Im not an MMORPG fan. Any help would be great.

hmm can't think of any pure free RTS though you can get some really cheap now adays. Starcraft and warcraft keys can be bought at websites for $3-$6 bucks each, then you can just register them on blizzard and download. Mac native too!
