Best free stat menu for mac

Why are you still searching? iStat Pro does what you need and is free. Many have recommended it.

iStat Pro shows uptime, network speed, etc.

It should be now. It was just updated for Lion support, and there is no longer that compatibility issue mentioned on their website.
