Best handwriting app for iPhone?

I am trying to find a really good handwriting app that I can use with a stylus on the iPhone. The app that I really like on the iPad is Penultimate, but need something like it for the iPhone too. Mainly, I need a good note taking app that can save notes taken and transfer to computer.

Thanks for any suggestions.
