Saw a recent post mentioning that Seagate HD gave someone problems when running Fusion. I'm waiting for the Seagate 500 7200rpm drive to be available again and saw this post.

Do certain brand HD work better for Fusion?
 
Dude, I'll be honest. All hard drive brands are exactly the friggen same. The only reason people complain about one brand is because they got a bad batch, etc. Why do you think everyone has different opinions?

Just find a good deal and buy it.

You dont understand hard drive technology.
All hard drives are basically the same, the technology they use to connect to the computer is whats makes them different, SATA, PATA, IDE etc etc.

SSD's are different, but then again thats why they are called SSD's and not HD's.
