Best HDD upgrade for the money?

Looking for some advice on a hard drive upgrade. I'm looking at some of these DIY bundles off of MacSales.com (OWC's Site)

Where's the sweetspot for the price per storage?

oh by the way, I currently have a 120 gig hard drive in this thing. Looking to at least double that.
