Best headphones for working out?

My iPod mini should be arriving in a couple of weeks. I want some headphones that will not pop out while I work out. What would you all recommend? Will the in ear headphones stay in?

etymotic and shure make canalphones, which go in your ear canal like those foam earplugs. in addition to staying in your ear while you work out, they are also some of the best-sounding headphones around (better than those large over-the-ear types) and offer great isolation.

Sony MDR-EX71. I have them in white to match my iPod, but would think that would be ok with the pastel iPod minis. About $40, in-ear, three different sizes of soft inserts. Good for all uses.
