Best headset for iPhones

I am in separate need of a new headset. Whats everyone using/recommend? I've head a lot of people suggest Plantronics?

Hands down AirPods. Best sound quality in and out. Best BT headset I’ve ever used and I’ve been using headsets for years. Also dual purpose as headphones. But call quality is outstanding.

I only need a headset for making voice calls, have considered air pods.

Just bought a set of AirPods so far love them. Sound as good as my Bose sound link 2s. But don’t hurt my ears. Haven’t taken any calls yet so don’t know how that will be but so far love them.

Thin is sorry i should have mentioned this at the start, i intend to use this for work so i am on/off the phone all day.

AirPods are the best. Price/Performance is the best too so far. You can make calls and you can use only one and charge the second if you only need it for phone calls too.
