Best High capacity, speedy HDD for my 07' MB

I have a few in mind
Which of these is of best value considering both form factor

Hitachi 7K500 16MB cache
Western Digital 640GB 8MB cache
Western Digital 500GB 8MB cache
Seagate 7200 rpm 500GB 16MB cache
or
Seagate 5400 rpm 640GB 8MB cache

A lot of folks enjoy the Seagate 500GB 7200rpm. I have a WD 320GB 7200rpm and still have room for now.
