Best how to guide for a Mac newb?

That little instruction booklet that came with my MBA is only going to get me so far. Never had or used a Mac before, is there an online guide someone could point me towards to help better understand and get the most out of my purchase? Thanks

There is a program on the App Store that is called something like "Learn the Switch to Mac" which offers step by step guided lessons on the Mac platform - good stuff.
