Best i can get?

Ok, i would update my old thread with this, but i can't seem to find it so apologies.

My situation has changed somewhat, and now i seem to have more to play with.

What is the best Mac i can get (new or used - ebay) for around £500. I could just about stretch to £550-600 if it's really worth it. I preferably want a laptop, as i'll be living in shared housing, but i'll take a desktop if there is good reason. I'll be using it mostly for general internet browsing, music, messenger and light video/audio editing.

To do that, you click the little red triangle on your original post, underneath your username. Its the report feature. Ask them to delete it.
