Best iMac Ram

I'm look at these 3 different selections of ram for my iMac. I'm wondering which option is the best. Also the mushkin selection seems to be 8GB not 16GB, can someone verify this for me. Here is the webpage: http://www.canadaram.com/apple_imac_intel.htm

The Mushkin RAM is likely two orders of a dual-channel memory package (2x a 2 SODIMM package).

I think you're probably fine with whatever. But shop around. Memory Express (memoryexpress.com), Newegg (newegg.ca) and NCIX (NCIX.com) may offer better pricing. Indeed, Memory Express offers a pretty competitive price-matching policy.

I just upgraded my iMac with another 4GB (2x2GB) from Newegg for $30 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139285). I kept the original RAM that came from Apple and just added the new sticks. It's a pretty simple way to double your memory without having to pay a whole lot (or avoid the whopping $200 Apple charges).

I usually go for the cheapest name brand. Corsair has had some really aggressive sales recently. Newegg is usually where I buy.

You can get corsair 2 x 4 Memory kit for 39.99 after rebate, meaning you can get 16 gigs for 80 dollars from amazon.
Personally I've always like upgrading as a kit.

Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated. I'll head over to newegg.ca and see what they offer before I make up my mind.

I want the best kind possible, my max is $300 that I'm willing to pay.

Mine too. I upgraded my iMac to 16gb memory and it's awesome! Cheap(ish) too!
