Hi guys as the title says, I’m just looking for what people might suggest being the best mobile phone insurance, I’ve gone with sky mobile for my black iPhone 12 but they don’t offer insurance like other mobile providers do, I found a provider through money saving expert called insurance2go which offer a good price for annual insurance but I’m not sure if they’re a trustworthy company. And I also wonder what the turn around time frame is if you ever have to make a claim for either getting a replacement or repair to your handset. Any recommendations welcome thanks.

If you only want insurance for damage then get Apple Care+. If you want it for loss theft and damage then your home insurance might cover your iPhone.

I have had insurance2go however never had to claim and they do seem like an okay company as they are recommended by moneysavingexpert.

All insurance companies are regulated in the U.K. by the FCA. What you can also do is look at self insuring. Where let’s say you put away £20 or more a month away in a high interest paying saving account. Where the money in this account can be used to purchase or repair an iPhone if it ever gets lost stolen or damaged. I have self insured myself and it has saved me money.
