Hi,

What are some recommendations for a good ipad browser that supports flash?

You obviously have been under a rock for the last couple of years, as no Apple products support flash due to performance and security issues, even crashing Mac browsers. Flash only runs in software mode not hardware accelerated, and adobe have been given multiple opportunities to design a version for the iPad and iPhone, but they've done nothing. Adobe don't give a sh#t.

hmm i coulda sworn when i iphone was JB that there was some sort of flash plug-in, not sure if same applies for ipad.

There may have been some such thing in the past (from memory there was) but I don't know if it exists anymore.

There was an app called CloudBrowser that got pulled, it let you browse sites that make use of flash and java. However, if you guessed it from the name, it means that the browsing experience is remotely done over their servers, so you get quite a bit of lag on videos and such, that you might as well set up your own VNC on your Mac or PC.

If you love your device you wouldn't want to use Flash. Flash just rapes my Mac whenever I get on a Flash-filled site. I don't want it doing that crap to my shiny new iPad.

Care to explain the MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacMini, iMac, and Mac Pro that all run flash?

The Mac computers still run Adobe Flash only because the programmers working feverishly in the bunkers of Apple are trying to figure out how to remove it from the upcoming Mac OS-11 Polar Bear.

Flash apps

There are a couple I use- Not great- but they work...just slow
iSwifter and CloudBrowse
I use them to show our website that uses flash

iPad app for viewing Flash

What about Puffin? I am using it without any major issues.
