Perhaps he legally possesses it in a state that permits medical marijuana.

The thread went completely the wrong way. I wanted to see what kind of videos people have recorded. It's just weed, I thought we are old enough to see crips quality and soft focus in the background. By the way I'm medical marijuana patient in California. I admit the song was a bit much but you have to admit for low light shooting on a cellphone that's pretty good. The song is time 2 get high by cypress hill. :)

Alcohol is way worse than weed and it´s legal.

Go to Mexico. Or Arizona. I assure you that it's very real. If you're talking about the legal restrictions in the US, well, things are changing state by state.
