Best iphone film for the back of the iphone?

I am looking for the best iPhone film for the BACK of the iPhone. However it would have to be thin enough for me to still be able to use it with most cases. Also, i'd prefer one that is a simple back as opposed to the Invisible Shield type (which are a pain in the butt to put on.) I know the simple back ones don't cover quite as much on the back, but it would work well enough for me if I have a case on it too. (on my previous iPhone the case actually scratched up the black back which is why I want both the film and the case on it.)

Since you're interested in putting a case on, just use some sort of decorative vinyl.
