There are a lot of apps that sync between iOS devices and OS X. One example is oneSafe, but the question becomes what type of apps are you looking for that sync? The list of all the ones that sync could get long.

I have found that there are a lot of great apps that sync between iOS devices (Catch) but don't have OS X apps. I'm just interested to see which ones users enjoying using the most.
