Hey forum!

I am looking to buy an iPod manager to rescue a ton of photos from my iPod touch and move them to a new Mac.

I have seen a bunch online around the $30 range but I am very interested in reading your suggestions first.

Thanks!

Okay I might be getting this wrong but it sounds like you want to transfer your data from your iTouch to your new Mac computer... Well if you got your new Mac (as i did) through the APPLE store they will transfer your files for free. They will also transfer your files from your old computer (Windows, Linux or Mac) to your new Mac...

If I'm getting this wrong just let me know and I'll see what I can find for you...:apple:

Old computer is gone. Dead. Destroyed. All data on old computer is history.

I have several hundred photos that now exist only on my iPod touch.

I just got a new computer delivered from an online store.

Unfortunately, the photos on the ipod touch will be a reduced quality from the originals. iPods aren't meant to be a backup storage solution. It's too late to save the ones that were on your old computer, but for future reference, if you value your photos, you should keep them backed up to an external storage media.
