Best iTunes Preset?

hi there. I need a good... no, an AWESOME iTunes preset so I can enjoy my Library the most. I have great Speakers but the iTunes preset I´m just not getting it right. I´ve searched couple websites and posts here on MacRumors but have found none. If you have one that you really enjoy can you tell me? thanks
