I feel like this has been the best iPhone jailbreak of all time, in terms of the simplicity of the tool, and the way it was handled prior to and after release.

I think the jailbreakme ones were the easiest(you did it from the browser on the phone), but I think the more recent ones are the most stable.

what makes one "best" if they all accomplish the same end? wouldn't that make the easiest the best?
What? Simplicity is easiness so yeah jailbreakme should be the best based on your OP.
Like others have said, Jailbreakme was the easiest. Just slide and you're done.
Absinthe was just as easy as this though. Hit jailbreak, tap icon, done. What I like about this one over the others is it didn't unpack a lot of data, but kept it in the exe.

best for me...simple, stable. have had ONE crash since jb'ing...a record. and everything i am running is working.
Corona was the most stable jailbreak I've ever used. This one has had problems from the start and still slows boot even with the fix.
Of course the best jailbreak ever was the 24kpwn for the 3GS.
