best laptop backpack for a 13"?

looking for a backpack for when im back at uni. ideally with a laptop section for a 13" pro. dont want it to be huge but it needs to hold my laptop and have a compartment for a folder and paper. absolute minimal bulk, and available in the uk!
would like price to be reasonable, so £50 max really i think

Don't know if they are available in the UK but I have been using either a Targus or Brenthaven backpack for the past 15+ years. Provides great protection, has comfortable straps, good organizational pockets.

i agree slightly, in the fact that im not the biggest fan of that design
 
Type into amazon Belkin Slim 15" Notebook Polyester Backpack, Black/Light Gray and you will find a backpack that is slim, holds the size laptop that you have and is in your price range. Hope this helps!
