Best Lock Screen App for iPhone 4s

I saw this weather elements v4 lock screen app online and it looked awesome. I assume I can't find it in the app store bc it's one of those things you have to jailbreak your phone to unlock. Is that right?

And if it is, is there any lock screen app that is close that I can get without jail breaking my phone?

If I were to jailbreak my iphone 4 would that void my warranty with Apple? Also, what would be the best app for viewing the weather in lock screen with jailbroken iPhone 4?
